Art and the Machine

From 13 October onwards, Regina Virserius will participate to the group exhibition "Art and the Machine" at the Musée des Confluences, Lyon.

Invited by the french Embassy in Afghanistan and the french institute of Kabul to create a project for the 15th anniversary of the destruction of the giant Buddhas by the talibans, Pascal Convert did a 3D scan of the cliff with the help of drones.
Collected data will help the scientific community of archeologists and will be a starting point for new works dealing with the destruction of the perceptible.
